Is the noob zone going to be a free for all for small corps, or will you attempt to regulate it? We might end up with big fish in a much smaller pond kind of scenario if no rules are enforced. If you do attempt to regulate the area problems occur when you decide to leave the game for a few weeks.

What kind of criteria must a "small corp" meet in order to get a district? Lets take GAM for example. They consistently ask for free districts and protection, yet they have been around for a very long time. It's very taxing trying to defend em while it seems that they have no real motivation to face adversity and grow.

Will non NA corps be allowed in the new zone? A obvious language barrier and timezone barrier exists with EU & Asian corps. Is Cap prepared to alarm clock into a lagfest if necessary?

All in all I think its a noble idea. Can tell you from experience that your problems, for the most part, will not come from established corporations. Its just logistically taxing and time consuming. Can also see a few bored wannabe trolls launching clone packs from 1 man corps into tartaven.

If you like dealing with administrative stuff than this is totally your gig. If not, well the universe is hostile. Devour to survive is the way it was and always will be. And that is the most fair system of all.

I'm more referring to you and your band of ringers stomping out what little interest there was remaining in PC. I'm sure it was fun, but no need to sugar coat it.

A corp like ML and most of the others weren't going to be successful with the old mechanics and now that they are changing all the corps with lots of members and activity are dead. Raids, CP, and platoons would have been huge for big corps.

I talk a lot of trash to you on the forums, but I don't blame any player for taking advantage of mechanics.
