I feel very Faction has something OP to bring to the table, and everything is fine as is. I also feel that the Fixes in this game should now be moved and more focused to performance enhancements and and new content ( If possible)

Minmitar :
* Boundless Combat Rifle
-In the right hands this weapon is deadly as hell.
Equipment :
* Republic Repair Tool
- I'm talking about the last one on the Loyalty store, this thing is a Logi's dream repairer.
Caldari :
* The Assault Rail Rifle
- This is is deadly in the right hands, always melts armor.
Equipment:
* State Peacekeepers Nanohive & Needle
- Again the Last ones in the Loyalty store, a Cal Logi's dream.
Gallente:
* Credron Breach AR
- Been using it lately and this weapon just slaughters.
Equipment:
* Federal Marine Scanner
- The Last one in the Loyalty store, a Gal Logi's dream Scanner.
* Amarr:
* Viziam ScR
- This thing is a killer as well
* Equipment: Imperial Guard Uplink
- The OP - 45.70% or something spawn delay Uplink

I disagree with your list
Beach ar: Since then range nurf a while back o find this gun terrible. Then they just made it worse when they increased its fire rate .
LP needle
100% pick up- so what. The guy has worked hard for this equipment. Also ots not always safe to pick someone up, so he's liklu to die.
LP uplinks-47 second reduction gives you a 3-5 seconds uplink. It fw stuff it's worked for not just given out
The timer so the uplinks goes higher when he dies anyway .
The assault rifle CERTAINLY does not cut through Amor . I have pro 5 and I struggle to get though Amor.

If you gave trouble cutting through armour with a prof 5 rail rifle you just be using it wrong

Uh...
I find it slaughters too.
The nerf did very little, and it still dominates.
How is increasing the RoF on a high damage weapon bad? High Damage output in little time window.
Raven for CPM2
Shield buff, focus on balancing of weapons, and vehicles.
New Content if possible + PS4 port.
