Let's just take a CK.0 Balocs for example. What price would you put on it.
I listened as some corpmates discussed prices and they acted as if this is a common item and actually worth less than other suits of the same tier. All because it came out of a strong box once for them.
Really?! Are there really that many floating around!

They aren't finite anymore, Strongboxes can carry them.

With an extremely low drop rate. It's not like other officer gear where you can actually produce them in a reasonable quantity. Getting 1 or 2 from a dropbox only still constitutes as a very finite and limited resource in my book.
I've personally haven't had one drop for me from a box as of yet.
