Well people have different priorities, some live by the game, some don't. Districts are unimportant, manpower is what is worth the effort in here. Why to bother with virtual wealth and if you have it why not to share it if you don't bother with it? What people like you do is kill this game because those who try assess PC as only reliable source of fun in this game fail to accomplish, meeting "you", audience of the game decreases thus less fun for you as well. Boring becomes even more boring...

Trying to play for public Mr. Putin? Victimization is done well when nobody knows that "victim" never was such. Besides our doctrine which you definitely haven't read yet, states procedures regarding interaction with third parties, you can eliminate such questions getting to know more whom you are acting against and not red-herring from topics I referred previously which, obviously, make you feel uncomfortable due to lack of arguments or any other obstacle you find valid for such not to answer to. HEX did attack while IRS had 2 districts, they took one.

Four days later Capital AQ attacks second and last district of IRS and takes it.

In Meildolf V - District 2 happened:

The IRS.CH150+045003:0011/04/2015 04:26

So CAPAQ violated last district rule. Correct me if I am wrong but data is data.
