Cloak field delay shoud be on only when the cloak is active. I swear I got sniped while I was running cloaked, wich means the chimmer is REALLY noticeable (I hid before cloaking). I really don't see why they added that delay.
If the delay wasn't on when the cloak is inactive, people would uncloak before taking their weapon out, wich would give time to the opponent to counter-attack.

Yeah, its one of the reasons the cloak is such a pain to use right now.
Its just easier to dampen an assault right now and not have to worry about the cloak. More HP for survivability, more slots to play with.
All around better scout suit than scouts, except for when you want to annoy yourself with a cloak, or beat the best scans.

Also, if you run across the snipers scope, the red crosshair will still show, and that sniper probably had a fast reaction.
But also, yes, you are right, cloaks suck right now.

Cloaks are much easier to see from a distance theough a sniper scope. Also, a player is an easier target because they are usually sprinting in a straight line.
The CPM candidate we need, not the one we want. Friends are nice, ideas are golden.
