That's horrible. Why does it make any sense to change a module that isn't designed for your suit, and give an entire class role bonuses to effectiveness for it?
Heavies are already way more effective with biotics than they should be.

By similar logic, one could request a +100% bonus to HP modules for scouts.
Offering a massive bonus designed to offset the primary limiting feature of a suit is kinda asking for serious balance issues down the line. The point of the matter is that you're really not supposed to be moving quickly as a Sentinel anyways, so it doesn't make sense that you would reward players for fitting the Sentinel to make it move quickly.

What Pokey said.
Sentinels are slow for a reason: they have the greatest firepower available (ie, every weapon possible, with the only access to heavy, obviously); they have the greatest resilience (largest HP pools and also resistances); and they still have access to LAVs and Dropships for rapid redeployment over longer distances.
So if you make them fast over shorter distances, they begin to obsolete the other roles.
