DUST Search - CPM2 why bother votes are rigged and everyone's a yes man

I shouldn't have to replace that with another high end one for about 2 more years,maybe less.

But in that time how often were you playing games at there intended graphics level? With consoles there's no question of performance between one user vs another in online matches either, so even if what you say isn't half facts, as you paid quite a bit more over-all for a system that within 3 years time put you in a disadvantage vs other PC users with new end equipment.

You may be running your games fine, but online you're suffering for not upgrading.

They CPM has ABSOLUTELY NO AUTHORITY** to release information. None, okay? The role they fill is to bring our ideas and desires to CCP. It is not a 2-way street. Also keep in mind that the "PC vs Console conflict" is not something that everyone buys into. The people on the CPM who didn't oppose it saw it as a way to deliver the game we were promised, and the fact that all our progress would carry over to the PC game was seen as eliminating the issue of losing the current population, same as CCP saw it. Now, that's obviously not reality, but you again have to keep in mind that not everyone has the same perspective on this. Between Humble Bundle and Steam sales you can buy PC games for 80%, sometimes 90% off. Even when comparing prices of used console games the PC games on sale are almost always more affordable. The second you stop subscribing to PS+ you lose those games. So on top of paying for internet, Sony is asking you to pay another monthly fee? Pass. I would rather spend that money on buying an armload of games during the Steam summer sale that aren't rented. Also, backwards compatibility actually exists on PC. If you want to play PS2 games on your PS3/4 you will either have to buy them (again) from Sony or keep your PS2 hooked up. @Ripley_Riley
