It's rather hard to miss that there's a bot, spamming and promoting other game.

lol, you must be new around here, this is nothing new, as new games come out this community discusses and dissects them. It always comes with a few forum rambos who go off the deep end for a new game, and CCP bans 'em the day after they go too far since there time-tables are different then american/english ones are for this specific GD section.

sometimes it takes longer, sometimes shorter. But CCP usually has a hands off approach to us unless we directly break forum rules, which doesn't allow us to discuss forum administration.

So if i wanted, i could report this thread and have you banned for discussing there mods as your topic.

The rules here are generally more abused then used for there intended purposes :)

You must not know what a bot is and what spamming is.

It's not a discussion about a game.
When it posts the same thing, links and other crap in every GD post it's (read OP).
