As a new player- I hit an enemy re and I meleed a pro heavy from the back(thinking I would kill it ). It turned around and mowed me down
As experienced player- ran a cloak into a squad of Proto stompers. No one saw me. Just before cloak went out, I threw my Madrid at the group and shot mass driver rounds. I committed suicide.
As vet/present day- held a core nade on a scout for to long.

OMG I did the same thing. I remember i once played a skirmish so mcc took damage quicker. I thought it was the rail gun shots.
Now that I think about it, that map I played on doesn't exist anymore I think.

Firing a flaylock in a confined space filled with blueberries while in a scout suit is never a good idea.
I almost want to say lone wolfing for so long after finding that I am 1000 times better in a squad, but all that hard mode lone wolfing probably made me a much better player all around.
Not to mention the actual money I have given to CCP over the last decade between EVE and Dust. OR the money I spend on other games just to play EVE and dust in the end.
Acquisition is terrible, matchmaking is terrible, your game is still riddled with bugs, you should feel bad.

Reversed off a ridgeline and caused my HAV to completely flip over. Unwilling to leave the vehicle I proceeded to ineffectively defend it from AV completely upside down firing my blaster turret into the ground. I died in flames.
On a more positive note but no more intelligent.....
In an Amarr FW match I managed to ramp my HAV off of Ceej Mantis' [Mantes?] Soma over the bulwark in the Gallente Communications Hub allowing me to access a point that I wouldn't normally have been able to. I sat here for 15 minutes barely surviving...... slaying every member of their team that presented themselves until the match ended in Victory.

well i was running around with dual nova knives on a minscout, staying on the edge of the border when a min aslt and a min scout appear out of no where i furiously started to swipe my knives and switch weapons to my back up knives letting them know ill cut them so bad they wish no cut so bad. anyways they pull out there knives and the min aslt jumps at me with a swipe but i dodge and counter swipe +50 Kill. i quickly turn around facing the min scout we danced around each other dodging and weaving up for what seems minutes then he pulls out the MD and Bloop dead ....... lol

Joining at the end of open beta I adored the flying drop ships so I bought a mlt and filled it with a third of my team at the start of the match, 4 seconds later it was upside down and we lost 7 clones. I tried again but it fell on me. Never used one again till 2015.

My first mistake was probably playing this game in the first place... (sorry if others have already said that)
i've had several jeeps land on me tho.
and running out to stab a downed teammate in a wide open area under fire... that never works but i can't stop trying
oh and when I first discovered that sp was supposed to be spend and i had a few million and i wasted it on weaponry 5 |

funny that still happens. my scout rushes in dom and i say to myself "those 3 dots behind me will cover me i hope" and time after time i die hacking and we lose the match in embarrassing fashion |

I think we've all done that...
The worst thing I've ever done was not do *any* research on how Dust 514 or the EVE universe works...Which is why I completely screwed up my skill point allocations...For starters I grossly underestimated how deep the tree was, and I grossly overestimated how many points I'd have to work with after battles...Because they started us off with 500,000 SP, I thought that was something that would refresh weekly or monthly...I put points in the 'dead' tiers, I neglected the cores, I even bought corporations 5 because even though I didn't know what it was for, I figured every player needed to have it sooner or later...
Once I realized just how badly I had screwed up that account which by then had 5 million SP and 5 million ISK (using absolutely nothing but starter sets) I biomassed it and started my current one...Which I still screwed up a little until we all got that big respec...And I STILL screwed up this one a little by investing it all in cores and weapons, while neglecting the racial suits... |

I once had Mimnmatar basic suits to 5... When they were UP too...
Back when the ScR first came out (I remember that one video with the guy shooting the ScR... It was an epic fckin video) I thought it would be like a bigger ScP, which was my favorite weapon in late Chromosome (<3 my KLO-1) I used to run it on a minscount, with good success. Not something stupid, just weird.
