All snipers are still pretty easy to spot with a sniper rifle.
If you haven't noticed, other snipers glimmer if seen through the scope

If you snipe regularly, you don't even have to hunt for snipers, there are a limited number of good snipeyholes.

Even cloaked shows up. Scouts running in a straight line are easy to hit too due to lag and leading. Lag messes things up when someone is moving back and forth, but moving in a straight line negates that.

I'm saying cloaks aren't affected by line of sight scans.
Passive and active scans can still pick them up, however. Once saw a cloaked commando lumbering towards me with a chevron on their head.
