DUST 514's player population is less than stellar. This can potentially cause issues with matchmaking and long wait times for players due to segments of the population searching for specific match types. E.g. Only queueing for skirmish.
In order to provide a little incentive to try new gamemodes and potentially save us from long wait times: Multi-queue rewards
If a player queues for 1 - 2 gamemodes: no changes from what you already experience 3 gamemodes: 5% increase in ISK and SP rewards All 4 gamemodes: 10% increase in ISK and SP rewards
This change would only apply to public contracts obviously. A future iteration of this idea could involve players queueing for allied factions in FW (Amarr/Caldari and Minmatar/Gallente) for bonus LP.

Sometimes I'm queuing for all game modes with auto continental server and yet it takes 8 minutes to find match. Reward is not a source why we have to wait that long for new match.. sometimes it's a player count, and what they are occupy while they are playing Dust. I think we should fight with what drag us out of match interface.
For example if I form a squad with random players, and try to continuously run match after match, sooner or later someone will scream "STOP" and say that He "need to buy and skill 'something' ble, ble, ble", or that He "need to resupply fittings" or just change one module for better one, He may scream it or just leave squad. And it is absolutely understandable because players can not do some stuff while they are on battlefield (like applying SP to skill's), or they should not do it because some actions require to use way too much windows(and it takes time, and each inactive second move you closer to being kicked from game).
I think generally speaking that making all those things that we need to do from our quarter more easily accessible form battlefield interface would have impact on how long we need to wait for new match. Like today in order to just fit armor plate to one slot we need to fight with 2 or 3 more clicks more since Dropsuit window changes, and when we do fit that module and want to come back to battle and fight we need to click 4 or 5 times circle instead of for example holding it for two seconds and automatically closing all windows at once. Even stupid orbital support require to open some kind of window in this game, while it should be easy like shooting weapon - just picking it up from fitting radial menu, pointing out and shooting.

You have to think of the bigger picture.
How many people are other their only queueing for ambush and skirmish? How many are only queueing for ambush?
All of those people are slowing down the matchmaking process by narrowing the distinct type of gamemodes available at any given moment.

Dom and skirm are my least favorite. Pretty much only play bush nowadays, can't stand those LONG matches. Just don't have time for them and no reward for playing all ques would help that.
Even acq is unappealing. Spam Bush is where it's at. Though at times those que's there can be 10 mins + at times.
