Every few matches I see like one guy lagging so bad in a dropship that i can't ram him because he skiing. Is it my connection, hacks, or what because the rest of the map seems to move fine. And when ever I get close to them it seems to lag me as well.

Yeah I've noticed this when trying to follow and lead a target, sometimes I think I'll be following them when they disengage and dive only to have them hover in place magically almost causing a collision I have to break off my run and re-engage and when fighting an incubus that could mean a lot of wasted hits. Dog fighting in a python is laughable when the enemy dropship and your own missiles are lagging!
Dodging rail fire isn't easy either when you don't know where the enemy dropship is headed, doubly so when your trying to get a good angle for your gunner while also making sure he doesn't blow himself. If your flying with a wingman that's enduring the lag it can be really dangerous supporting one another against av and against AA tanks/dropships.
On a side note I've heard from my gunners that sometimes dropships will suddenly fall from the sky and crash around on the ground for a bit during a lag spike and then snap back to where the dropship actually is, all this unbeknownst to the pilot. The com chatter is hilarious!
I've experienced it once or twice in a friends dropship and thought it was some kind of really ballsy move or crazy av, but then I realize we hit the ground twice and hadn't died and were still bouncing  a python is lucky to survive a landing! With landing gear!
Yeah I guess it also makes ramming harder too.....

I don't ads much cause they cost so much and I am a decent enough pilot that ramming is much easier: if i fail i just pop another cheap ds. I use gk ships though and the short range of my gun might be while I have so much trouble. I am currently burring isk to practice and think it will be much better when i get better blasters.

Confirmed, ramming is easier than actual fair play. Complaints about lags when ramming. Gtfo.

Thing is, legitimate fights between dropships almost never end without someone ramming, or an AVer intervening.

I love it when peeps try to ram my Dropships, and explode instantly, without even scratching the paint.
Ramming is not a tactic, it's an act of desperation. If you manage to actually destroy a DS by ramming, it's because the enemy vehicle is militia, and chances are the pilot was hot on his way to make zero contribution to the battle.

I have noticed that the other way round, recently dust has been relatively good with minimal lag.
However a few matches with no lag at all, as soon as I call in my ads I have ridiculous lag (in the order of 0.2 fps). This lag then complethy dissapears when I recall my ads. It appears as though the actual art on the ads is still set as the lowest loading and rendering priority even though it is the vehicle you are in. The problem seems limited to ads' s (I only fly python so I cannot tell if it effects the incubus) This problem does seem fairly rare though and quite a few times I have managed ro call out and fly my python around a bit (even though it has been nerfed so far I couldnt actually help my team and got near instakilled) so rest assured if you are unable to hit an ads then the pilot is finding it an awful lot harder to fly and will likely crash anyway.

This is just plane wrong. If an ads has any hope of killing any infantry, it has to fire 2 - 4 shots at the same target. This means the ads will be moving slowly and not looking at you, so it is very easy to ram

I have been rocking my rail Incubus recently, the other day I dove at another Incubus as it was hovering low. I didn't get my nose up in time and ended up rammed him, I had my hardeners on and survived he wasn't so fortunate, I felt like a total ****. I may not be the greatest gunner but I normally fly like a leaf on the wind so I was disappointed that I screwed up my dive. I don't pay attention to the kill feed so I didn't see who it was but I would have sent him the isk because it was such a lame way to "win" the fight.
Acquisition is terrible, matchmaking is terrible, your game is still riddled with bugs, you should feel bad.
