I have the extra cash and that AUR is tempting, but CCP has yet to announce anything about Dust's future off the PS3 so I can't in good conscience give them my money 
Which is sad, because if we knew if Dust was going to get off the PS3 then I would buy an Elite pack just to show my support.
Between the Civilization: Beyond Earth expansion and XCOM 2 I guess Firaxis wants my money more than CCP.

I agree with Ripley. I have just a much SP so the only things is care about four Aurum are skins which are lacking. But if we knew this game was getting off the PS3 you bet is be first in line to support.

I am at 70 million SP and over a billion ISK.
I have refused to pay real money to upgrade my warbarge and have stuck to that so far.
I have the full templar set, I have all 5 Imperial BPOs (purchased with LP), multiple Guristas Saga BPOs from back when I was selling them and claimed the last of them before they expired, and a couple of BPOs from the old packs back when I started.
I still have fun popping some boxes open now and then specially since we can now trade to get what we want out of them. I will agree with you that 200k AUR goes far above the few things I still do with it.
I figure with trading now coming around and PC actually having the possibility of being fun soon I can use it for myself and for feeding people who are trying to join in on PC. |

I bought a merc pack and a starter pack back in beta. ISK and SP is so easy to get nowadays I dont feel the need to purchase more aur or BPO's.

This guy already answered all of your questions. Is the Dust community getting dumber or is it -... Actually, we are.
The dropsuits are Caldari Assault, Gallente Scout, Minmatar Logistics, and Amarr Sentinel.
The consumables are (if I remember correctly) Hacked Uplinks (same as STD Uplinks, but they take less skill to use and can place 2), Hacked Nanohive (same deal), probably Fused Locus Grenades, and some other goodies I can't remember. Not useful stuff, I assure you.
And more is actually nothing more.
As stated in the quote above, the Elite pack is usually 100 bucks, and 30% of 100 is 30, and 100 minus 30 is 70 if my math is correct. Therefore, 70 is the price it will be with the sale.
I will not be buying one. Maybe if it were 50% off, but 20 bucks more is out of my reach at the moment. |

the urge to buy one is very strong hahaha its the only one i've never been able to afford and if its around -ú60 in a couple of weeks i should be able to afford it. i'd have preffered 50% off, i'd have snapped it up but when you think of all the BPOs you get, plus 2 x 30d passive and 30d active boosters, 200k AUR and a s**t ton of other consumables its not too bad. plus you could buy a bunch more BPO/SKIN with the AUR

Just purchased mine and popped open 101 keys to start. I ended up with a couple of skins (finally got one I can use !!), a quafe mass driver, and a bunch of officer weapons.
I actually got trolled a little by the fact that I did not get my Amarr skin until the very last set of 10. My imperial paladin commando looks pretty sweet with the new colors. |

with the amount of **** the players have to go through to play this game Elite packs should be handed out free to everyone. Imo the elite pack should have proto stuff anyway for the price, at a minimum advanced. Rarely do i run std gear.

As for me? I will not be purchasing. I already have one (when they were first released) and I would much prefer to spend that disposable income trying out Splatoon or grabbing Wii Sports Club for the wife and I to **** around with when the kids are in bed.

I looked at the bundle coz of the sale, vaguely tempted.
Then I looked at it when I was drunk a week or two later and thought....hmmmmm. I was seriously considering it...but then Scotty started doing his 11 minute timeouts on me again for the 2nd or 3rd day running, and I just thought, nah, this is not a good investment at this point.
