I was being shot at with a grenade is that a glitch or a hack?

Even though it turned out to be a troll question..this is a glitch that happens in many FPS games. Most commonly that I remember was in the SoCom series, many times would I see a dude shooting me with a grenade, or my clan saying to me bro you just shot him with a grenade. lol
I'm guessing after throwing a grenade , the game does not render the switch back to primary weapon and still shows you holding the nade..even though on your side, it looks like you have a gun in hand. |
