I've proto'd every weapon there is, used each one until I got sick of it. Managing recoil isn't hard but the recoil on the rail rifle is just plain stupid especially because it's a supposed mid to long range weapon

No, who will take you seriously when you suggest tweaks to a weapon you don't even know how to use properly? Learn it first! You don't just go into battle without training or start a lecture without proper knowledge, who the **** does that and succeeded without consequence?
