Sniping in the game just isn't where it should be, and yadda yadda + yadda yadda with a dab or two of more yadda yadda.
Anyways, I introduce MY sniper rifle !!!
Magazine = 1 (does not require reload, gun auto-recharges over 6 seconds to fire EMP shock bolt or whatever... basically 10 shots per minute maximum)
Ammo = 15
Damage to =
shields = 100% (takes shields away COMPLETELY !!!)
armor = 0% (has no effect on armor whatsoever), but instead slows the unit down for 3 seconds or immobilizes for 1.5 seconds.. aka just long enough for team to move in, damage, or kill.
HEADSHOT = instant kill (regardless of HP)
Recoil = ABSURD. Like literally. I want you to shoot my gun and just put it down, like F* this gun.. this ish is stupid. LMMFAO. It needs to be so bad that you would barely know if you hit someone other than something popping up saying (target immobilized) or from realize which way the recoil was and pulling back the opposite direction.
Should be a vanity weapon.. just fun to toy with. It is PURELY a support sniper rifle, not meant for kills unless you can aim it.

Very creative, as a heads up though, new weapons won't be coming for a while, which is why there aren't that many responses, I believe the next weapons if they do come out will be heavy weapons though.

I like the idea. Well, other than I run Caldari so this would screw me over a LOT more than it would an Amarr. It is different though, which is something this game needs. There is another Heavy Sniper thread I commented on as well. Good to see some different ideas coming out.

I thank you all for the support and responses in general! It will definitely help get the idea 'NOTICED' which I believe will be a big step in getting CCP to start thinking a little different and adding a bit more variety.
Now.. to see if we can get CCP to look at this and give their thoughts on it,
