So its day 2, Here is why i am banned from the friendly channel State Task Force,
A few days ago i had a member continually distracted while leading a squad for a que, many times i was repetitive about commands filling a squad etc but at the sametime ive got him dropping sly comments whiich i let slide until i'd had enough and left. The next day our supreme massa decided to pass me FC while i'd had a few brewski's. So as it came to sorting a re-up i'm getting the samething so i decided as FC i'm not having it again, i pulled him and got bs, 'oh no scotty we mean the AI bro' guttless i know, anyway as this is happening i get a complant from Middas saying i'm banned for a week due to several sudden complants and he and the rest of admin decided to give me the ban, this is a Lie.
He got the complaint of the guy who was disrupting STF, he decided by himself to remove me permanently. That is why i went nuts. All since is down to that lie, and that liar. I have received mail from members and admin who know the truth too. People can enter STF and awox and get removed for a day, people who tk get a day but the guy who helps kick factional, the guy who helps FC and SL, me, i get a week ban no one knew about until i mailed the other admin.
my alts are still there as you found out yesterday, i'm not there to troll, i'm there for the State. Middas you are not the State but those in that channel are, its not 1 person, its a 1 faction, i have spoke to Nelo who replied 'i will speak to Middas and return me to my Duties. I'm still waiting.
So how was last night? You can already see it fade i mean seriously half a team saturday night? Return my Clone to the State as your making it harder for yourselves otherwise, Scotty's got better skills than my collection of Alts. Theres no ultimatum or time frame, no threats just me telling you to remove my ban now

They will never be United while there is one administration lying and dealing out bans without discussing it with other admin but lying and saying he had. Fair enough i can't stand the welp but considering shortly before this bs i had mailed Middas about our differences and how the State comes first, probably the real reason behind the ban......

TLDR version
"I got banned from State Task Force because of BS. I'm kindly asking for said ban to be removed."
Anyways I will say that, despite limited interaction between the two of us, you don't seem to be of the sort that should get banned
I hope this gets straightened out
I may prefer to work for gallente and minmatar more but I would still hate this to happen to anyone

Thanks guys for the replies and the in game mail and support. Its a shame its happened but it is what it is, anyway State DMD is where I'm at now and I'm inviting all of STF and KS over so you can run FW for the State without fear of being banned by a power tripping mad man

True, State Task Force ain't sh*t without good leaders, and the only good leaders I know of are nelo kazuma and Scotty AI MatchMaker, nelo has business to deal with most of the time, or if not he can only run one queue by himself, so I vote for Scotty's ban to be removed, or much will be lost in the 5 more days he will be gone!

Well I have received a mail today informing me that there will be a review of my ban today, I have simply replied that if it is in fact a review that I hope to attend and give evidence as well as have the several people who have complained against this causing this farce. I have a feeling that the person who banned me, and the so called members who complained will fail to show. Still we'll see

I'd find a different group, those scrubs get stomped hard when any real corp comes to play.
invest your time in a corp/team that actually cares about what they're doing, because, looking at the stats of some of the suits they run in FW - STF doesn't give 2 hoots if they lose, that, or they suck at putting suits together.
FW's fun, but PC is way more fun :) |

I was in the chat when that happened. There was some British guy (guessing by the accent) who was really getting angry about something, I don't know what. Think something about following orders was given. There was an American accent that was intentionally provoking the British accent into further anger. I had been made squad leader, so I tried to get people to shut up to queue for CFW, but both the British guy and American guy wouldn't stop arguing. I ended up leaving since it was clear that they weren't going to stop bickering.
I'm guessing Scotty was the British accent I heard while reading this, correct me if I'm wrong. Honestly, it was both of you. American guy was a **** for goading you, but you could have stopped talking to him, muted him, and gotten the queue going at any time, and you didn't. I don't know what happened after I left the channel, but I said multiple times that we should queue and you can continue arguing after. I even suggested making your own chat channel and you can argue til your blue in the face without shutting down an entire q-sync. I'm only surprised both of you weren't banned.

I was in kirjuun saaja the following night, I had looked for squad, each squad invite told me to vc in state task force, there are no squads going in there at all. So sorry Golden if me making another channel doesn't sit well with you but to be honest that's what I've done. There has been no review still and I'm still banned from STF, the account above is true, I'm the British guy. Well what's done is done. I'll leave the rest up to fate.

You got to do what you got to do as the other factors aren't in your control, its just sad that we have more cliques now. You're not the only one with your own channel, there are quite a few others that aren't' publicized and are based on elite prestige, they don't play as often though, because you see them seeping into the other channels as well. We were close to gaining the levels of 2 full teams (20-30 players, old KH numbers), now its more common just to see 2 full squads in any particular room.
Don't know how your channel is doing, though if you were hanging out in saaja, I imagine yous has a few downtimes. So if you finding problems, you can always pull your guys into saaja, or pull saaja guys into yours. You'll find people are rather adaptable. In the old days after we got 16, we could create a temp channel anyways as to not overlap vc when we has 30+ people. More than elite players, you really just need 16 organized players who listen to orders.

Day 4 and to be honest its going great, my corp joined an alliance with 13 others from both EvE and Dust514, the alliance is cal FW based so if I'm not running pubs with State DMD public during the day, I'm either helping our cousins in PIE or squading up there, State DMD public was asked to Que with State Task Force last night, well due to my ban if you want to que you'd have to VC in DMD for obvious reasons. I also had my review which I wasn't allowed to attend. The ban remains, I expected nothing less, and admire the fact there sticking to there guns.
Will I actually return when my ban runs out? That remains to be seen

Sorry, to me STF is its administration only, its members are State loyalists, with a couple of exceptions the members of the channel are solid triple A star heavy boppers in my opinion which is why i was devastated i was removed. You do get some who try to fill in and lack either motivation or leadership i'm sorry to say, if you seriously did crush an STF q-synic then STF administration needs to start leading there members rather than leaving it up to one guy, so far i count 5 in administration, 1 constantly pulls victories out of thin air, 1 drops orbitals, the other 3 i have never ever seen bother to rally troops, lead or half the time even socalise. Getting part time replacements that failed in the past isn't the solution either, its unfortunate that there actions are slowly killing the channel. If only there was a dedicated caldari loyalist out there with the time, strategum and focus to help.
Personally i'm busy for the next millennium trying to build my own sand castle.

We didnt crush said q-sync but we managed to hold the objectives far more. Maybe that sync was lacking Leadership. Usually the ones that q-sync are the ones that win right? Not the unorganized blueberry team with 3 fgts running around in heavies with nova knives.

Lets not air dirty laundry on the forums scotty. I've heard middas' side of the story and it sounded reasonable - but I wasn't present for the actual events. Though largely based on the amount of anger and general tone present in this thread, you don't seem to actually be interested in reconciliation but instead trying to provoke more crap with people. Maybe you should lose some of the attitude.
As of right now you *are* still welcome in Kirjuun Saaja, but I have a fairly low tolerance for people causing crap there, even if moderation is slightly more hands off.

1) I "exploded" after I told my 4man squad what point we were going to take and hold... and that was when deadly started demanding that I tell every other squad what to do because "ARE YOU TAKING OVER FC?", my exact response was "We don't need a FC, tell your squad what to do and where you want them to go. This is basic stuff and you shouldn't need someone to hold your hand through it", his response was to go on a screaming rant of "IF YOU'RE GOING TO TELL ONE SQUAD WHAT TO DO YOU NEED TO TELL EVERY SQUAD WHAT TO DO". I wasn't aware of what nelo had been trying to push with "FC's" earlier that day and deadly ended up kneejerking over that, he then tried to argue with nelo when nelo corrected him about it too - I didn't sit there and argue with deadly over it, I guarded my point, finished the match and then left because I didn't want to argue with someone powertripping over dumb stuff.
I didn't sit there and spend thirty minutes arguing with him and once it was 'done' the only discussion I had about it (until now) was with nelo, where I had already put it behind me - and I didn't even know who I had ended up arguing with it was that unimportant to me.
2) I have never actually taken an active hand in STF moderation - I'm not even sure how I became a mod. When I have an issue with someone, I communicate with other squadleads after it's done and that's that. Middas communicated with me about the issues he was encountering with you and based on the information presented I went "Okay" because I've never known him to have a reason to lie to me about crap.
3) Actually, yes another admin did say things to me. Nelo and I had a 45min chat just between ourselves about it and had I not walked away from my ps3 to do other things there would have been a lecture after the match, because neither deadly nor I was was particularly wrong (given the information we had), nor were we particularly right - the only thing that made it "wrong" was the fact that it escalated and persisted to be escalated.
I am not at this point threatening to ban you but I am asking you to get this crap off the forums, to stop being so aggressive and reactionary, and to stop causing drama around it. If you got handed a 1week ban wait it out and then talk to the channel admin. Don't blow this into a bigger issue than it needs to be, especially by attacking me about stuff that isn't particularly relevant.

Thats not true at all, he asked 'who was FC?' you replied 'we don't need a f****g FC' he asked "why" you replied that "you don't believe in this FC b*****t", you started swearing at a 15 year old kid over another admins advice, you say you didn't know nelo was pushing for FC's yet deadly had told this multiple times, it resulted in you slamming your headset down which we all heard before you vanished, as you admitted your only information about my ban comes from your corp mate who banned me in the first place. If it is against EULA, CCP can edit it. As I believe this is not shaming him or anything negative. I am just providing information that clears up false / misleading information, this tjos was already addressed, and it was taken care of.
Scotty is a good person. If you or anyone else, want to believe I am shaming him, that is your own personal decision of thought, as this is not a targeted post to bring his reputation down but to shed some light on missing pieces.

the mail can be posted on facebook to be honest. my response to any of Starlight burners mail was put as politely as possible for obvious reasons.
This isn't in my eyes me being embarrassed but at least shows i had hoped to resolve the situation reasonably. As the mail proves that i did have a farce of a review i was unable to attend, i was unable to give evidence, i was unable to call witnesses to account. STF justice has basically admitted yes we banned Scotty, yes he's a good guy and yes we never gave him a chance to defend himself after everything had calmed down. There is no targeting STF, theres targeting Scotty, and dealing with the fallout. Cause and effect, guilt can do more damage than i ever will. When the ban is lifted what will change? I know longer recognise STF as a State Caldari loyalist channel, you turned your back on me and i will never forgive nor never forget.
Funny thing is if no one responds the thread dies. I'm replying, nothing more. by bumping the thread you guys are doing exactly what your blackmailing me into not doing.
