Try that and you probs get a forced name change into something silly like "Caldari Merc 1928475638". Trying to make usage of the reputation of somebody else is just filth lvl of existance and should result in a 100% asset wipe on sayd account. That means 0 ISK and nothing in your assets apart from eventual BPO's that you bought with real money. Additionally loyalty rank reset to 0 to prevent BPO skins to be transfered.

Player could just biomass that non-descript Caldari Merc 1928475638. Next best thing CCP does is nuke that PSN system id from orbit. Only way to be sure.
Going into an investigation of where that culprit launders isk is a problematic headache. The logical thing would be that the scammer simply send ISK to a new account before the ban hammer strikes, except there are players who will conceal their transactions by sending them to total strangers (thereby implicating them in the crime).
Some people just want to see the world burn for teh lulz...

So its against our user agreement and EvE's user agreement.
Therefore it should be CCP's top priority to track their main in either game and blow their related accounts out into the void.
Why? BPO trading. We were all told that BPO trading as well as trading other assets would be decided by how the player trades app is exploited. Its why its available to loyalty players and not new players, the person involved is risking whether we get to trade BPO by exploiting the system just to get a kick out of trying to destroy the reputations of good honest mercs. The player trades tool is at risk because of this individual. Every person in Dust 514 who has hopes of trading other assets and blueprints needs to understand the gravity of our current situation. This individual is creating new email accounts, new PSN's then a double, deleting there PSN is just deleting a waste of memory space on there part.
