PS3 is fine, all my other games work perfectly and my Internet's great, I'm currently playing a game on PC with ZERO issues. It's JUST dust, and yes, I tried a reinstall and it didn't help.

Tell that to John Ripper. CCP reversed biomasses at players request in the wake the rouge wedding and it had unforeseen consequences and glitches.

FPS is almost always good for me. Even on the so-called lag facility.

Than not then, and Dust does run than more than 10 FPS, in the Mercenary Quarters it actually quite a fast frame rate, most of the maps run fine except the Gallente Facility. And it takes most people 1-2 minutes to get in a match, so maybe you should come back not when Dust runs better, but when you can afford a better internet connection.
