Raa III Disctict V, Devoid -
Imperial Guard Command have announced today that large caches of the highly dangerous chemical compound insorzapine bisulfate have been appropriated during ground operations within the Devoid region.
Though staunchly defended by operatives from the Demonite Legion, and organisation of Immortal Clones employed by Tribal Command, this new discovery of the reactive mutagen, more commonly known as Insorum, proves to be the second stockpile captured by Amarrian forces in as many months representing a significant threat to regional holdings. Insorum is known to counter the addictive effects of the booster Vitoc, commonly used throughout the Amarr Empire to control slave stocks, though is also thought to be a powerful gene toxin for those in an otherwise healthy state.
In a statement released by the Imperial Guard this morning the appropriated cannisters were identified to possess timed release triggers and were suspected to have been used in localised acts of domestic terrorism against Imperial Holdings. However at this time the Imperial Guard have yet to state whether or not they suspect their opposition, the Tribal Command, of knowingly stock piling the substance for use in breach of CEWMPA accords.
Following the press conference Public Relations Officers announced that a number of follow operations would be conducted in support of the main defence of the Arzad system, stating that the safety of Amarrian personnel within the CEWMPA designated war-zone was of paramount priority.
At this time the Tribal Command have been unresponsive and have not yet issued a formal statement however have vehemently denied any knowledge of the Insorum Caches promising and enquiry into the matter..
The commanding officers of the Demonite Legion have also not yet issued a statement regarding the nature of the cargo they were protecting.

Well, it would appear that the Minmatar rouge state has continued their ceaseless tradition of misappropriating foreign aid to create tools of war. Not that we should blame them of course, they are simply acting on their innate violent nature that comes with having been reduced to an uneducated race of subhumans at the hands of the Amarr.
No, in fact I'd pressure to remind all of you that at its core this is all due to Ishukone. Without the work of Otro Gariushi we'd never even have the insorum bioweapon, much less have it distributed to every tribal with a gun from New Caldari to Pator.
