Strangely enough I've been inspired to post my fit for criticism as other people have been doing the same.

One thing I would like to stress, is that you really should be using more than one fit.
This might be a great go to general fit if you run it well, and how well you run it is the best test of a good fit, as all players have their own styles.
I would very much suggest having a dampening fit, and another fit that replaces your light weapons mod with a complex precision mod. Scouts can't beat inner scan rings of a medium frame with a precision enhancer, at least not while a pro cloak isn't active, and since there is a delay with the cloak, that is really a technicality which has no bearing unless they are stacking myos for the melee damage.

How's it working for you?
Personally, I don't think dual tanking an armour suit is really worth it. I'd swap the Regulator for another repper or a reactive and maybe have another damage mod and precision enhancer in the highs.
We want cake and tea.

Oh I do have other fits just that this is my favorite.

The inner ring of an assault with one complex precision enhancer would come to 29.2. ANY light frame with one basic dampener and level 2 dampening will come to 28.6. Just so you know.

I use Assault gk.0
3x Krin's DMG mod
1x Proto weapon (AR)
1x Proto sidearm (FL)
1x Core nade
1x Nanohive
2x Comp plates
1x Comp Reactive
2x Comp rep
For a more HP centred fit use enhanced shield extenders instead of the Krin's. For jumps replace it with myos
