I don't like using the Carthum/Viziam either but since Carthum initially produced the weapon it somewhat falls to them to produce a variant. Unlike the Caldari we don't have 8 full corporations to draw from in terms of who produces what, nor do we have the traditional 3 of the Gallente (Allotek, Duvolle, and CreoDron) and Minmatar (Boundless, Core, and Six Kin). That being said I do have 600 "Burnscar" Khanid Scrambler Pistols.....so I guess I could make an exception if all of them are changed to Breach Variations.
