Simple, "make them automatic", that would help the focus on the headshot and ccp wouldnt habe to change any stat. If this ever becomes OP a heat mechanic could be added.

The ScP was great before it got its RoF nerfed a long time ago. At that time it may have been a bit OP compared to the sidearms at the time but now it is just terrible versus almost any other sidearm.
Just give its old RoF back and it would probably be good. |

By raw numbers from the sidearms balance update (dont remember exactly which 1 it is) it might be true but in practice is not working as intended, to keep the ROF it has a specific timing that is hard to keep so is complicated to reflect those numbers and the automatic fire would give the perspective it might be intended from this update.

lol well the scr pistol are still messed up as in
can you please also fix the scr pistol carrying ammo. look at this CCP Rattati
-militia has 60, -normal one has 72, - wolfman has same carrying ammo (REALLY?) -breach has 48. -assault has 56, low for assault, it does less damage, less total ammo, 50 rof faster plus "smaller clip size but that I understand" -car 9 burst has 54, a clip of 18 that is 3 full clips, plus it shoots 3 shots so 6 shots a clip (not couning skill oper) -IA5 has 96. really 96 shots? I think you switched the burst and ia5 carrying ammo. -staff recruiter has 48, same as the breach but not even close in damage.
the kubo is great as it is. don't touch it. wolfman scr needs a touch up. slower ROF, less carrying ammo, less accuracy and slower reload than the Kubo.
look at the cpu/pg cost militia- 15 cpu, 5 pg, damage 62, rof 333.33, clip 10, ammo 60 basic- 12 cpu, 3 pg, damage 62, rof 352.94, clip 12, ammo 72 adv - 30 cpu, 6 pg, damage 65.1 rof 352.94, clip 12, ammo 72 staff- 20 cpu, 5 pg, damage 63.55, rof 333.33, clip 10, ammo 48 |

I think the assault and breach versions should both be automatic (similar to the assault/breach rifle variants). Default scrambler should emulate tactical and burst is fine (in terms of basic fire mechanics) |
