It'll happen when Rattati and the team are confident that they'll be no problems with 'missing' BPO trades and the support desk not getting pummelled with bogus tickets for '2000 Balac's that I only paid 1ISK for'.

We need a trade log to make self policing easier. Not complicated, just the item, quantity, date, time and recipient. This really needs to happen before bpo trading

Trading could easily be fixed to where people can have a trade bar up with the other user, when both hit submit for trade, both items will be sent to the opposite player.
After the tradd it'll produce a receipt of the items traded, price and the date obviously, these can be located in a part of the wallet area in its own section,
CCP should do this.

Just so you know, this is not 100% scam proof. It will guarantee that only the smart scammers succeed. It is possible even in Eve Online where similar and more stringent systems are already in place. Even the regular buy/sell orders market is riddled with possible margin-trade scams.

Obviously.
This will simply make it harder for those sneaky scammers to keep scamming without having people realize easier.
It's more so of a new way of trading to put a stand, or slow scamming down to something less significant as it is now.
