Rail incubus. Small rails are the closest thing vehicles have to lasers, gallente vehicles are the closest to amarr.
That being said, the amarr ADS will probably be terrible.

Actually, Gal are fast in a straight line. They're supposed to be as fast as minmatar, but not as maneuverable.
