CCP Ratatti. is the name of his ingame dust account.
You cannot share names between games.

I can't believe that anyone who plays this game would leave matches un-reinforced if they had the power to change it.
Acquisition is terrible, matchmaking is terrible, your game is still riddled with bugs, you should feel bad.

Ahh, but have a look at Mr Rat's post in this thread.
It is, by looking at avatar, very clearly a dust character (unless forumdevhax'd avatar change).
But I also doubt if eve accounts can log on to Dust forums.
Rattati's dust forum character has dust avatar but does not have dot in it. The screencap shows the dot.
EDIT: maybe he has two dust CCP accounts/characters for some reason (in excess of hidden accounts)
Looking at both sides of the coin.

Considering that there is a CCP members only corp,it would stand to reason that you play every once in a while when not on The job.
