This kinda ties in with my previous post, but stands on it's own as well.
Anyways, I've found two more things I dislike about the game, and could use some attention, in my opinion.
1) Throwing Grenades: Is it just buggy? When I toss a grenade, there is a slight delay, and if I am on the move as I throw it, it gets tossed in an entirely different direction than I am meaning to. Often times I'll be bouncing in and out of cover, attempt to throw a grenade, and it simply bounces off an object and goes flying either backwards, or off to the side. This happens even with a great internet connection.
2) Crazy fast Tanks(?): Today I got into a Skirmish match, and the other team had at least two tanks and a couple LAVs running around, so I grabbed an AV suit and went to work. First tank I found I pumped one volley into him, and as I launched the second he took off and OUT RAN MY ROCKETS. Seriously??? I know he did because I watched him do it. Is it common for tanks to be this ridiculously fast? Is this a in relation to a certain skill that needs to be trained up? Or do the AV weapons need a bit of a speed buff?

Gunnlogi's are the Caldari tanks, they're more 'boxy' the Gallente tanks, called Madrugars, which have more curved bodies. The Gallente tank's have more armor and are slower than the shield tanking Gunnlogi tanks
My 6th respec put me into the same things as my 2nd respec, only this time I have 12 million more SP =P

lol aka welcome back to Dust you will be on the complaining band wagon very soon.
On the plus side Ratatti has been improving the game in leaps and bounds so this time I can honestly say just hang in there and give feedback on things you feel are important. |

Fun fact, real grenades have a pretty long prep time.
Hold down the spoon
Take off the cover on the clip that holds the pin in place
Twist the pin out of the clip, THEN pull it
Throw
Some details can be ignored

That's not entirely true.
Gallente tanks turn and accelerate more slowly than caldari tanks, but they have a faster max speed.
Fit a fuel injector, and you don't need to worry about acceleration. Working as intended, believe it or not. Gallente are supposed to match (or even beat) the Minmatar for straight-line speed, over a short period of time. That's why kin cats are Gallente.

It's undoubtedly getting better now, but matchmaking makes me want to sue CCP for all the money I put into this game lol

Lots of response, not a whole lot of helpful info XD I plan on "hanging in there," I'm a stubborn ass like that. But honestly, the grenade throwing thing, it's nowhere near as fluid as BF or (dare I say it) CoD.
As for the rockets and such, is there a skill that increases rocket velocity at all? I'll have to check for myself when I get back on I guess. |

Grenade throwing takes into account your momentum. Moving forward makes it go farther(same as sprint-jumping) while moving backward makes it go shorter distance.
Back when forge guns had dispersion, that too took into account movement direction and you could use your left stick to "fine tune" the final few millimeters of dispersion.
If you're strafing right when you let go of the nade, you'll have to aim left to get it to hit where you want it to.
