I really wanted to have an EVE alliance affiliation as well. Tribal Liberation Force was already taken by an unjoinable npc corp. It's the old name of the "Republic Command" So, I asked google what to call a military contractor. Wikipedia says "Not to be confused with paramilitary" Looked at "paramilitary", which I did indeed confuse with a military contractor because they're the SAME DAMN THING, and went with the name. Essentially, almost all Dust corps are paramilitaries, so it's sortof redundant. Some details can be ignored
