Commandos besides Min are under par Calogis as well There are plenty of things that are balanced and underpowered in this game and guess what, They aren't anywhere used the frequency of the current FoTM is. I use a ScR on the AmScout, but trust me, it actually becomes more of a tactical weapon (how its supposed to be) on non AmAssault suits.
