While 15% is nice, I've heard its broken. I also don't know if its worth it or not.
I am looking for any of your wisdom or experience on the matter. You guys helped me out a lot on my last LP purchase.

She is not broken. She does provide a 15% bonus to sell-back value of the items sold back to the NPC.
She is just made redundant now by the introduction of the Player Trade market.

Why bother paying to be able to sell assets to the NPC for a little more when you can take your more valuable assets and sell to novice players at like 70% value then dump the crap to the NPC to end up with what is still a greater profit and it costs you less AUR. Soon you will be able to take that AUR and buy boosters or BPOs that you can sell for 10s of millions of ISK which will FAR outweigh any amount of ISK you will make from selling to the vendor in your career. |

Someone posted yesterday that the Loyalty LP bonus isn't applying either  I wonder just how many Loyalty bonuses are glitched or broken.

I use her to sell turrets and tanks only - don't want any tankers getting cheaper stuff do we. |

Not totally redundant yet.
All that aurum gear acquired through boxes & salvage has to be turned into ISK somehow
