District XXI 'Arguilla Plateau' 1935 Hours Conflict Report:
Forming the vanguard of a new Imperial Operation designated Cloudburst a small combined force of Classiarii Operatives supported by Ground Control Forces of the Imperial Guard deployed to the Arguilla Plateau in response to increase proliferation of Tribal Command forces in the Arzad system.
Employing an unorthodoxy deployment protocol Imperial Forces landed 270km South West of the most advanced Tribal Command vangyards via orbital drop pods. In the hours following Imperial forces undertook what would be the opening strikes of the Arguilla Offensive to drive back the unprepared Matari forces and reclaim several key bridges within the District.
Initial conflicts in which Orbital Strikes were employed proved highly successful for the joint task force routing several formations of Tribal aggressors and forcing them into a defensive position at the Sagari Bridgehead, the first of two major defensive lines arrayed against the Amarr, with forces reportedly preparing for a protracted siege.

Tribal Command Retreats and Sagari Defensive Line Collapses
Some 23 hours after initial deployment to the Arguilla Plateua on the surface of Arzad VI Imperial Forces crossed the Sagari Bridgehead, a central defensive position tying together formations of Matari operatives within the local area, committing their forces to the district en masse.
Spearheaded by elements drawn from the Ground Control Forces the initial siege of the enemy check points lasted only a few short hours with both Imperial and Tribal forces bitterly exchanging fire from fortifications established on the valley ridge lines. Despite being under heavy fire and suffering significant losses Imperial Guard sappers were able to clear a path through a field of Matari Proximity Explosives allowing waves of Heavy Assault Vehicles (HAV) to press the advantage and besiege the Tribal held Cargo Hub.
In shattering the Sagari Defensive Line Imperial Forces have made strong advancements across the Plateau and are nearing what is believed to be a Central Command Structure belonging to Minmatar insurgents.
Reports have also surfaces of captives, unable to flee the districts facilities before the battles began, have been taken into Amarrian custody as Prisoners of War to await questioning before being transferred to regional penitentiary facilities where they are to be housed until the successful conclusion of Operation Cloudburst.
