i really like cardiac regulators. never once used them before and i never hear people talk about them. i just started goofin with them. dunno if its wise but i got one on my adv galmando

They are really good. Get a pro assault and put 3 complex regulators on it, you only have to wait for like a second for your shields to start recharging.

I used to use them when I ran amarr scouts (just for the factor of never running out of stamina ever), but I don't see much use in them anymore. With maxed out biotics, my base stamina/regen is always enough. Especially considering I run minmatar suits.
Minmatar have the base stamina of the caldari and gallente, but boosted stamina regen like the amarr, so they recover to max stamina the fastest. Although amarr do still have the highest stamina and stamina regen.
Some details can be ignored

You know? I'd love to be able to use them on my CalAss, which has the crappiest regen for speed out there, but frankly, I need to use both high and lows to make shields worth a sh!t.
