This was an inspiration from the Doomheim SKIN, a creation in Aeon Amadi's 'Design A Skin' Challenge.
Achievements: SKINs rewards for completing lifetime character activities, i.e. Warpoints earned, number of revives, suicides, etc. Thinking about the Doomheim SKIN, I considered a worthy and applicable challenge.
Variations of the SKIN would be unlocked upon satisfying:
(Disciple)
Level 1: Accrue 1000 Kills, 10 Suicides; then Biomass character for SKIN unlock to account.
(Night Watchman)
Level 2: 25000 Kills; 50 Suicides; Biomass
(Grand Lord)
Level 3: 50000 Kills; 100 Suicides; Biomass

Biomassed characters are never actually deleted in EVE or Dust, they simply reside in an NPC corporation called Doomheim. I'm proposing a hardcore challenge based around killing other players on the battlefield and ultimately sacrificing your character that you've spent a good bit of time building stats on.

I was suggesting something similar for faction loyalty skins. Instantly unlock one at level 3, level 6, and level 10 opposed to paying your hard earned LP.

Umm... 50,000 kills? No.
I've been playing since January 2013 and I just hit 40k. Would totally biomass, sure thing.

Its just a skin, you don't need to have it. It just makes certain people feel special. I've had this toon for 2 years now and I'm sitting at 43k or something so I'd say doable, especially considering how many are already over 50k.

kaizuka sniper overtook Duna in kills, setting at something like 276k lifetime kills. It's very possible for people who play at this level to achieve this SKIN on one of their alts if they want it--send it over to their main.
