Doesn't really apply to me but I once killed a friendly in a pub-match by shooting the proximity explosive he was standing on.
Really hilarious seeing infantry die to those things by the way.

I was running a scottmans scout and I placed an re in front of heavy. I wanted to knife him cuz he had an archduke a and it would've been awesome.
He shot me with his forge gun.

playing with cloak. wasn't paying attention.

I assume the tank driver paid attention to the kill feed.

I couldn't stop laughing.
WoW has taught me that Purple means Legendary. This means Quafe suits are the optimal loadout for killing all of you.

Shot a Plasma Cannon round.
Lagged weirdly, round never materialised but it drained my ammo count.
Target moved so I immediately sprint forward.
Plasma round appears and hits me.
Shot myself in the back with a plasma cannon.
What're you looking at me like that for? I'll shank you I will.

Not me, but I was going against a Cal scout fully fit for jumping and plasma cannon firing. He jumped while strafing so he's flying sideways. As he fires the plasma cannon he passed by a light post and suicides.

I once tried making a stealth AV fit based off of a cal scout with a plasma cannon.
I uncloaked behind an HAV, just as it started backing up towards me. I fired at just the right moment that I killed myself with the plasma cannon before the HAV ran me over.

Got crushed by a supply depot in a bush. Was at 0/0 so i panic ran in random direction, right underneath a supply depot falling from the sky. The sky is falling i called it.

I was placing REs on the objective, a few blue dots run towards it to make sure all enemy equipment is offline (this is the map with the giant tower) and the enemy has a bunch of plasma cannons and mass drivers above us on the cat walk. One second I was placing my remotes I turn around and not even 5 seconds later I hear a big boom and see in the kill feed that some ass hole shot my res and blew half my team to high hell.

Never exactly got killed by one, but I've had close shaves with turret installations landing on my foot.  Took out my shields.

It was during a skirmish match. I had put a remote explosive to Delta. Then I when to hack Alpha. Before hacking it, I put a remote explosive at Alpha. Then, while I was hacking Alpha, someone was hacking our Delta. So I activated my remote explosive, thinking I would kill the guy, but I actually killed myself with the RE at Alpha. And even worse, the guy didn't die..

Exited out of a moving LAV, got catapulted straight into an acid bath, died instantly.
Found an enemy LAV just parked, knifed it to death, commiting suicide in the process...
And a long time ago, I found out you shouldn't try to disarm RE's the "manual" way...
