Give EVE players a Juicy reward (doesn't have to be AUR or ISK) for getting 5,000 kills on Dust.

That makes no fukin sense. Sounds like Dust would just turn into a farm for EVE.
You want Dust to be a success, fire The Dust Marketing/Advertising Team and actually start advertising this poor game.

I believe Dust is being developed as fast as possible, so that it can begin on a new platform (PC, or Consoles, or whatever) at the farthest possible point.
Think of how successful Dust would have been if it were released in 2012 exactly as it is today. Well, it's going to be re-released even better whenever that happens to be.
A lot of reason for optimism right now.
!--CCP, let's push for the license of Dust on both current Gen consoles--!

As long as its exclusive to PS3 there is zero cause for optimism. Soon (TM) just isn't going to cut it on that front. Whoever made the call for it to be on the PS3 in the first place should be fired (if they haven't been already) and blacklisted from all work in the gaming industry.
Acquisition is terrible, matchmaking is terrible, your game is still riddled with bugs, you should feel bad.

That's some Bitter Vet Syndrome you have. You should get it looked at.
But it is true nonetheless. For a game as big as dust,developing it on PC or even waiting for the PS4 would've been a much better option.

DUST514 T-shirts with phrases like:
"You have been scanned"
"Scan attempt prevented"
"JLAV's for the Win!"
"JLAV's Suk"
"THALE me about it"
"Tanker *****  "
Jet Black with Red lettering, CCP logo on the sleeve and DUST514 mantle on back.
Definitely would buy a couple. $$$
