Taco Last time the Minmatar signed an agreement they embezzled billions of ISK in foreign aid funds to construct a fleet and attacked two signatory entities circumventing inter-empire punishment on a technicality. If I recall correctly that he was killed when Admiral Noir smashed his Nyx into the station where Caldari, under the leadership of Tibus Heth, and Gallente economic sessions were taking place. According to the book, The Broker, like a wolf in sheep's clothing, disguised himself as the Admiral. But the original Admiral Noir was killed by The Broker.
