A dream where everything was balanced.
Where any dropsuit was equally capable of destroying others if the same level, and of higher with more ease than today.
A dream where multiple lav rail turrets could destroy 2 pro ranks through team work.
A dream where scouts could not be seen, BUT ONLY to pro scanners.
A dream where small blaster turrets were good enough to use on ads but not overpowered on lavs.
A dream where Single swarmers couldn't destroy a tank alone, but teamwork kicked in and multiple swarmers destroyed a pro tank.
A dream where EVERY MATCH WAS EVEN, where there was no lag, where
And lastly.......
A DREAM WHERE SOMEHOW I GOT 100,000,000 SP AND 1,000,000,000 ISK THROUGH STRONGBOXES!!!!! (Even tho it's not possible)
Now that I've bored you, here's the point of this post.
Today I played a match. Heads up, if you every see me play online and I die a lot using militia, it's because I'm using an had TV that has awful lag/delay from action to appear. It's hard to aim that way. Anyways, I realized at the beginning of 2 match that we were gonna loose.
Why?
As soon as my team saw that they were against photo dropsuits? They have up. Most switched to militia and basic stuff. It annoyed me because it shows they don't play with a winning mentality. This causes a domino effect. Once the enemy team sees that there opponents are easy to destroy, they ALL run pro and demolish us.
So what can we do to fix this?
Anyone have any ideas?
I thought of giving wo per meta level of whole fitting deployed. For example, let's say I run militia and my whole fitting has a meta level of idk 18. I would get 18 wp when I spawn. If deeply higher gear, I get more wp. How will this help?
It will encourage to use better/ higher gear to win. Pro players obviously die less, so they won't benefit to much from this as they wont deploy as much.

Waaaaay higher isk payouts. Current payouts are crap.
If you know youre gonna lose, dont bother. You know you cant help it, youll still get a ****** losing payout. If both have very high payouts, then you can easily know your efforts werent in vain, even if you lost, cause theres some compensation.
