Hear me out....

I started seeing that in Dust and was calling Comcast XFINITY and raising hell about it. They sent a tech out to my house a couple days later and he spent about 15 minutes tinkering on some device and he explained to me he doesn't understand how I have internet at all and all the writing was wrong in my house and he set up a new line on the telephone pole and a whole new line in my house and replaced everything in my switchbox deal and I never saw that kind of lag from Dust again and HULU and Netflix finally started working right.

I had no idea too bc my house is from like 1945 but it had been torn down to the studs and rebuilt like 2-3 years ago so everything but the foundation is totally brand new and somehow the wiring inside my house was totally wrong and it lagged out literally everything I had ever done on my PS3 or xbox :(

So maybe call your iSP and make sure you're wired up right? Also port forwarding will help.

I've played PC at least a dozen times and I've never encountered performance this bad. LOL I've had PC games where I couldn't move and pub games that have completely frozen for 20 seconds. The lag in that video is nothing.
