huopiang Mannar Focused Warfare Gallente Federation 10	Posted - 2015.05.14 15:53:00 - [1] - Quote I've had some intense 1x1 where as I'm about to kill my enemy, my controller switches the gun I have equipped to the unequipped oned. I'm 100% sure I didn't touch R2 in those occasions and it's always against some proto tryhard. I've never had this happen against newberrys. Anyone else experienced the same? Is this a cheat?

No, the game is set to automatically change your weapon when your clip runs dry. I'll whip ya head boy

Is this a cheat? no its just you. You are too tense and press buttons accidentally. Just relax. I tought it could be I enter panic spazz buttons mode the first couple times it happened but on at least some of those occasions I'm sure it wasn't the case. And it also isn't the out of ammo auto change, sometimes it happened with a large amount of ammo left

I have yet to encounter a bug that randomly switches my weapon without me pressing R2. There are bugs that make the game refuse to switch weapons, but not those that randomly switch them. I get the wont change weapons and instead get empty hands all the time. Never had the weapon change on me automatically though. Hell half the time if it changed automatically I wouldnt mind. At least im still shooting.

That would explain why since I returned to the game after nearly a year of not using my ps3 the map or the off map support interface pop up also without me pressing the d-pad. Still, the timing the auto change happened makes it suspicious. I will pay attention to see if it happens with both or just one of my controllers.

Even brand new the padding sucks major ass. If you feel really adventurous, take a needle, some super glue and line around it. Press it down with a pencil eraser and hold for 30 seconds. No more problems. If it is an old one, you can quickly brush the contacts clean with a pencil eraser and then glue it in place.
