You must be new to the forums.
CCP's development team for Dust is limited in resources and manpower. To get more content such as what you are requesting will require more manpower and/or resources. We don't have that. CCP Rattati has to make due with what he has now.
Surprisingly his team was able to provide some new stuff like SKINs, Player Trade, inventory optimization, UI optimization, and a new game mode despite the kiss of death that Dust experienced back in Fanfest 2014 (last year) with the Rouge Wedding.
If there is any new content on the way it will likely be Amarr and Minmatar HAVs which are basically Gallente and Caldari HAVs that have been re-skinned to look Amarr and Minmatar respectively. Another possibility that CCP Rattati mentioned in Fanfest 2015 (this year) is maybe some rogue drones with AI that is as rudimentary as a turret installation.
But I recommend following the Trello boards linked below.
https://trello.com/b/R44szWCe/dust-514-development-roadmap
CCP set it up so that you can see the progress made and what we expect in the next patch. So far the Trello board has been relatively accurate.

There is a very strong indication that an Amarr heavy weapon, obviously a laser, is in the works, along with an Amarr light AV weapon to round out the racial arsenals. The latter will probably be a re-texture of an existing weapon with scratch-built stats, but I have quiet hopes that the former might actually be a new model. Maybe not though; they are ip very resource-intensive for a team this small.

Summed it up perfectly.
Honestly I'm surprised Dust hasn't actually died at this point. The Rouge Wedding was effectively the kiss of death for Dust. But apparently Dust seems to have inherited its stubbornness from Eve Online. For those who don't know, Eve Online had a very similar experience but it was facing off against much greater odds. It had no other source of revenue other than a board game which at the time was mainly popular in Iceland.

Eve Online also had to compete against EA Games' Earth & Beyond which had a lot of backing and was about to kill Eve Online at its infancy. But years later, Earth & Beyond was the one that got killed... by EA.
There was also a time early in Eve when CCP was asked by hundreds of players to undo the damage left behind by some corporate traitors and pirates who who managed to not only assassinate a director or CEO but also managed to steal all the assets that weren't bolted down in the corp hangar via a spy. When CCP refused to undo that damage saying "no rules were broken in the game", about 500 players walked out. But when news of the incident spread through the media, nearly 5,000 new players joined in because apparently a lot of players enjoy living in a MMO where you can do dirty deeds and not get banhammered.
Then there were the Jita Riots which was a response to what some would basically call the equivalent of Dust's Rouge Wedding.

I was the CEO of my corp and i also headed up a small alliance. After that, I abandoned my corp and didn't let anyone know I stopped playing, and I didn't even upkeep the alliance, which I paid over $30 in real currency for. I was done right up until about 3 or 4 months ago thanks to CCP Rattati. Let's just see if he can keep me here.
