I am currently subscribed to the newsletter, but when I go to redeem my rewards for subscription, it tells me I'm not subscribed. However when I go to my character page it says I am subscribed. Can someone please explain how this newsletter subscription thing works (or doesn't work) and how to redeem my in-game rewards?

Not sure if they are having issues. I tried to redeem mine earlier and told me try later or contact customer service.

You can't redeem items from newsletters published before you made your character...
in all other cases, best to file a ticket.
A baseline for today? How about an acidbassline!

Whats really annoying is the fact that for some reason there's an error on the help ticket page. I also encountered an error while trying to access my personal recruiting link. Come on CCP...

Hmmm, i gues 3 or 4 weeks ago. (not sure)
One day FW boosters for the 4 races and some other stuff.
A baseline for today? How about an acidbassline!

Sounds like they are having some basic web issues. Post in Technical Support / Bugs if you are also having ticket issues but I am sure they know about it.
I will also file a ticket via the Eve system for you guys later when I get on just to give you a little more comfort that they are aware of the issue as well as see if I get lucky and they answer with an expected fix time. |
