Recoil is expected but I feel like the dispersion in ADS is a little much. Maybe I just need more time working with it but I find it difficult to land shots at longer distances even though I'm aiming directly at the person. Tempted to just switch to the vanilla Rail Rifle because it feels easier to use.
Anyone else feel like this or is it just me?

I remember seeing a post where I think Logibro explained that ADSing made dispersion on rifles turn to zero. When was this changed?

It helps to have it on a Gassault
I agree with you, the kick is high if it's not on a Gassault but if you close the range gap, the ARR is better than the RR at anything under 35 meters. Not only is the hipfire better, but the recoil is lower.
My worst DUST experience?
Having my dropship crush my Scotsman's with a Roden Sniper. THAT was a fun day...

Might just be the recoil then. I dunno. I'm used to my AR

People have also said the Gallente Assault bonus actually helps Plasma Rifles.

I recommend that you keep playing with it. You can use a Basic C-1 frame and fill both armor plates, this will give you a slow armor repair but you're going to put a armor rep/nanohive on the suit so that will help you out. Use cover and stratigically place your armor repair/nano hive behind cover with you. Then just play and mow em down. 
Only your complete and total awareness is needed, nothing else will do. ----- OSHO

or you could go and do what AE do:
Bring out assault gk.0
Bring out 3 slayers
Bring out scan logi
Slayers run around, 1v1 slaying everyone with a 30rep/second suit. scan logi stops scouts sneakin up on them

There is something very, very wrong with this game's balance if Caldari suits are armor tanking.

If I see a Caldari Assault dual tanked......I get out a bolt pistol and headshot him because he is to slow to run away and has slow shield regain

@ Aeon - no nothing wrong it's a cheap fun suit that has a time and place , I started using on my alt awhile back. Turns out in the right circumstances it can get those WP's. Use the rail rifle with an uplink/nanohive and see for yourself. Remember it's a time and place suit.
@ Golden - it puts the armor on a basic frame assault c-1 at about 300, I'm fast. You're too full of yourself bud.
