Yes, but that was before the team working on models was shipped off to Legion, and whoever's left on Dust can only reskin everything. I like the backstory behind minmatar suits. It's just too bad light frames don't have one. Assaults are repurposed Logis, which are repurposed maintenance suits. Heavies are also repurposed mining suits. Some details can be ignored

Some heavies and scouts don't use them cuz I guess they are lighter and need less energy.
