I am noticing that Matari MILITIA and Chosen Matari are very inactive.
Did they make a new channel ? I really want to return to my roots and fight for them , but I'm lacking the channels for it.
If there isn't a active channel left , I will go on the EvE forums and ask some guys that support Minmatar to make one.
Looking for a tax-free , friendly and active corp ?

Isnt the matari militia pw protected? Tried joining it.

Sometimes chats are on delayed mode. Delayed mode means that if the channel is over 50 people then only those who have recently said something will appear. This is the case with Lucent Echelon, people came in, saw nobody was there and instantly said, "this channel sucks, I need a channel that's more active!" when in reality plenty of people were there.
Then there's the very likely case the Minmatar are just way too spread out in channels. Min/Gal FW or OB support is decently active for Mins.
Even though Min is mostly disorganized you've got FoTM PC corps chasing easy mode weapons for both Minmatar and Amarr so you may be able to jump in a win train if you happen to catch it.

Then probably you're on during low times.
In Eve Online, I can directly see how many people are in the channel even if it's in delayed mode. A nice little perk I use for gauging attendance of my lectures.
