It's unscannable with a cloak. It one hits stuff up close. It one hits stuff from afar. It scans down enemies at range. It's a very fun mobile sniper. What are your fun sniper fits?

Just keep moving, because the second someone finds you, you're ****** unless you get out of the area- at that point, you'll be able to snipe the position you just left, which now has a frustrated red about to get sniped again. I would prefer uplinks over a scanner. Some details can be ignored

The sniper rifle is to the Calscout what the Shotgun is to the Galsccout. Not necessary, but complementary. Passive scans to detect sniper hunters, damps to hide from them, and slap on biotics to evade them. I always had the NK to make it the master of all-around stealth kills. Some details can be ignored
