I am thinking of putting a couple of points into the HMG but have limited experience with it. I've used the regular HMG some but never the Assault or Burst.
Which one do you good folks recommend using? I'll be running it mostly solo on a somewhat mobile Min Sent sprinting at 6.7m per second (unorthodox I know, I'm trying to spice my DUST experience up to keep it interesting).
Thanks for any advice.

For the sprinty minsent, i always found the Burst to be the best choice.
However have you thought of using the basic frame? It loses like 200 armor for the commando's movement speeds. My AI fits always used the basic frame while my AV or Logi-Buddy fits used the sentinel.
On that topic though, how many kincats do you have fitted? I never found success with anything more than 1, with a shield reg fitted on the other low and a extender/recharger.

I'm using a Republic Warlord Sentinel. I put a PG and CPU module on it then stuck a comp kin cat. 6.7m/s and 1197 eHP. I am just trying to figure out whether to slap a Assault, Burst, or Adv regular HMG on it.
The main drawback with my fit is only 1.5 hp/s armor repair lol. But it's pretty mobile, fun, cheap, and surprising effective with a good sidearm.
Any other HMG advice. Anyone?

Don't lean on the burst too long , three bursts and anything more ... your lock up so count your rounds while using any HMG so you can keep yourself from overheating because then your screwed if your in a firefight .
I play logi / commando and now sent again so good to see more fatties in the mix .
Doubts are like bothersome flies and should be treated as such and crushed . #PubsShouldBeRandomPlayers

Misa runs fatties!!!! My preference is the non burst HMG. But again it's all about preference. Burst overheats too much for me. AHMG got the range though. My advice
