When we will see on stronbox Oficers reptool/ nanohive/armor/shield/uplink etc. and oficers tanks/lavs/dropships? :)

If you want "officer" equipment, try the LP store. There's equipment there that surpasses Proto gear (Wyrikomi needle, Boundless Rep Tool etc) to maybe comparing those to Experimental gear is fairer.
As for officer vehicles, let's see if CCP can finish vehicle balance (dropships are next for a major rebalance, then LAV) before we add a new tier.

2HP/s for dropsuits, about 30HP/s for vehicles and 5m range better than the Six Kin Triage, all before Min Logi bonus. might not be super op but it's still better than the Six Kin, and the range and duel rep makes it a better choice than the Core Focused, even with a lower rep rate. Still the closest thing to officer equipment we have or are likely to get.

Has better range. Yes it may be only 2 more healing but on a min logo it will be more with the bonus

He was talking about the difference between a Six Kin and a Republic Boundless, being only 2HP/s, even tho the Boundless has other benefits besides just the HP/s for dropsuits. Such as the range.
As for the topic of officer equipment from boxes, probably never gonna happen.
