Give props to everyone on our side who was able to play through that crap lag to get anything done.
It was terrible, we'd jump down from playstation building just to get teleported back up, sometimes mostly dead for the experience, lol.
Mostly the ugliest problem when i played was the constant michael jacksoning on the other side and taking no damage - the lag would go away, everything speeds up, and i'm dead, lol.

Its the client showing different movement than what the server is handling. Basically, youre stuck somewhere.
Happens when you get needled/be in tight places.
Call in a ds and try to walk while touching its sides.
And about that specific situation, crouch before exiting the small hideyhole.

I do believe I, along with a bunch of other 0.H, almost got sucked into that particular match tonight to fight against Molon for Planet Express. We decided to ring for another match instead.
Looking at it now, I'm pretty glad I wasn't in that!

This is an issue that has existed since the beginning of PC. Obviously nobody at CCP ever gave or give two sh*t's about their end game performance to a point that many vets just left the game. Plus ff14.

I thought everyone knew by now that a link under that building's roof is living hell. You would get the same issue in pubs.
As for PC, lag can be bad and usually is very bad when fighting in a different region. Example: I did a PC where 31 players are in Japan while I am in the US, yeah... floating guns, everything was a smudge, huge delay, you name it.

That was not lag, your visual vison was misplaced. Whistle your body was stuck on the roof because you needed to crouch to get out , for some reason you view can move around when tho happens . That's why you couldn't destroy that uplink, you could see it but where you were shotting your body was not and that's also why you were taking damage from your own mass driver shots

It's a glitch, you never left that roof, it happens when the roof is shorter than your high.
It's useful with scout because passive scan follow you, your body is still on the roof and if your teammate can protect your body, you can travel faster across the whole map and spot everything.
I wish i had that framerate in PC.

Real lag was PC vs NS on Gal Research Facility pre-bandwidth during Scout 514. Tfw that was the last PC I played.

Kinda hard to camp rooftops with an AR. Was a new experience for me. My apologies for not knowing every possible, little thing in the game.
