I posted about this LOOOOONNGG ago. It would be good that everything is more evenly balanced but idk... Meh, I think it would make the game more boring. It would make it like other games in which ALL SCOUTS MUST BE LOW HP and stuff like that.

I enjoy running my CalScout as a mobile, stealthy assault. If this change occured, I would be severely gimped, as would many logistics players.
Regardless, this is something I would like to see implemented, but there would be some tweaks made to the base HP of multiple suit classes to ensure balance.

Percent based with no stacking penalty as they already have a drawback from stacking in the form of a movement penalty.
It may be better to make the percent based on your suits base armor HP.

Passive resistance plates are a bad idea and need to become not a thing anyway. |

I am curious as to why it is a bad thing for Scouts to be ultrasquishy.
I've always been of the opinion that Scouts are best sig tanked. They shouldn't be seen and if they are, they should be dead.
