Things the Neocom needs.
- UTC clock
- Display if a player is: In squad, solo, deployed in battle, searching, idle etc.
- Ability to "view squad" another player is in to see who is in it. Locked squads would not have this option.
- A display of how many active in any chat channel.
- When you find a battle, a message you're in the middle of typing should not be moved to Team Chat.
- Fixes to numerous small but annoying glitches
Who cares what some sniper has to say.

Another thing this would be very convenient for... Being able to see if the squad leader is idle when joining Squad Finder squads.
It's pretty annoying to join multiple squads, all of which have an AFK squad leader.

Inviting a player to chat can be simplified.
If inviting somebody who's not on your contact list, you have to search for their name.
Easier way: Click on a merc > Click "invite to chat' > Menu of all your chats open > select chat. Invite sent.

The UTC clock is already there. It's at the bottom of the NEOCOM when you open it in the merc quarters. It's just often referred to as Eve Time. It would be nice to see if a player is in a squad. Eve players have access to number of people in chat. I don't see why we can't have this in Dust too. I did find that rather annoying while typing. Which glitches? There is a bunch of them. Please be specific or else CCP won't bother. The invite system does need some improving. Better yet, just mark the contacts as such in the Contacts window rather than adding another chat window.

I feel the UTC clock is in an inconvenient place. When you have a chat open you should be able to see the time beside the time-stamps. It's simply annoying to have to close your chat menu, open up a different one, and go back into your chat to see the time.
As for which glitches, off the top of my head: Deployment glitch, voice glitch, sometimes you can't voice at all, other times your mic bubble will not appear etc.
As for contacts, not all of my contacts are in the same chats. Some of my contacts are in none of my chats. I would like to be able to look at a simple list of all contacts and see who is online etc.
